What We Do
Manual Therapies
Evidence supports the power of hands-on physical therapy treatment for reducing pain and restoring mobility. We tailor manual therapies to your unique needs, ensuring optimal results.
Dry Needling
Insertion of sterile, small-diameter needles directly into a muscle to relieve painful trigger points.
Soft Tissue Mobilization
Manually applied pressure and cross-friction to damaged tissue to help remodel the tissue to its original form.
Cupping Therapy
Removal of air from plastic “cups” on your skin creates suction, which helps restore local blood flow to injured tissue.
Joint Manipulations
Use of a high velocity, low amplitude manual force targeted at a specific joint, to restore normal joint motion.
Facilitation Strategies
The extent of a sports injury may influence your recovery timeline, and we offer treatment options to support your progress while safeguarding the healing tissue.
Blood Flow Restriction Therapy
Uses precisely measured compression to stop blood flow during movement. This allows strength improvements to be made without adding potentially harmful resistance.
Electrical Stimulation
Uses electrical current to promote muscle activation when it cannot be achieved independently.
Performance Training
After alleviating pain and restoring movement, sports physical therapy involves subjecting yourself to similar stresses of your sport to prevent vulnerability to re-injury.
Strength Training
Individualized programs executed to build sport-specific strength and power output.
Agility and Plyometrics
Learning how to transfer your strength and power improvements to sport-specific movements.
Movement Analysis
Once you return to performing sport-specific movements, it is important to use video analysis to determine if there are any underlying mechanical faults that could have led to the original injury.
Return to Sport Testing
To fully return to sport after an injury, it is of the utmost importance to ensure you have regained adequate mobility, strength, stability, explosion, and confidence. If not, your risk of reinjury is significantly increased.
Pricing
Your first visit to Outlast will be a comprehensive evaluation of your injury to determine the root of your problem and start the road to recovery. After the physical therapy evaluation, we will recommend a treatment package based on a realistic timeframe of recovery, but you always have the option to choose for yourself.

POST-OPERATIVE GROUP RETURN TO SPORT TRAINING
For athletes that have undergone a significant surgical procedure, there is usually an awkward period of time between clearance from traditional physical therapy and full return to sport clearance from your surgeon. At Outlast we are actively bridging that gap with group return to sport performance training, to ensure you are fully-prepared both physically and mentally to get back in the game.
